Before Selena Gomez delighted fans with a photo of her missing a few teeth in a grade school era photo, she posted a photo that had many fans concerned about her well-being. The new pic, which shows Selena with her eyes brimming with light, is about as cute as it gets — she’s a single digit age in the shot.
Yet she captions the cute and happy mysteriously, almost menacingly. ” We always go into it blindly,” she writes.
Does she mean we go into life blindly? (Of course we never know what the future holds.) Does she mean into superstardom blindly? (Very few get to know that experience, which has been a mixed blessing for Selena by her own accounting.)
Fans who aren’t purely overwhelmed by the cuteness express concern. “Heavy facts. much respect for all the awareness you are spreading. Much love,” wrote one fan.
