In the NCIS: New Orleans episode “Overlooked”, while NCIS Special Agents Lasalle (Lucas Black) and Sebastian (Rob Kerkovich) travel to Alabama to search for Lasalle’s missing brother Cade, Agents Hannah Khoury (Necar Zadegan) and Tammy Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) uncover a sinister plot by a private detention center contracted by the government to house undocumented immigrants.
