Booksmart superstar Olivia Wilde tweeted this summer that she had “high hopes” for now-surging presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren, the Massachusetts senator. Warren made her name with the broader public for giving as good as she got with Donald Trump on Twitter. Warren’s straight talk and enthusiasm is starting to catch on with voters, at least on the Democrat side.
ELIZABETH. 😱. It’s an honor. We love you and we‘ve got your back !

When Warren tweeted back to Wilde (“I love it”) after seeing that Wilde pledged to support her, Wilde was moved to ALL CAPS in response. ELIZABETH, she wrote, “It’s an honor. We love you and we’ve got your back.”
Celebrities like Mark Ruffalo, Susan Sarandon and more are backing Warren’s run. She will share the debate stage with fading front-runner Joe Biden and continue to make her case. Wilde and her Hollywood friends need no more convincing.
