ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel hits a trifecta in his bit tonight with all-world NFL quarterback Tom Brady and a guy who, with his Boston roots, is the perfect target for Kimmel’s prank. Yup, if you’re gonna pick on somebody using New England’s most famous sports personality, you can’t choose better than New England’s most famous Hollywood personality — movie star Matt Damon. Kimmel challenged Brady to throw a football through a window. Guess whose window?
Kimmel’s trifecta? He combined the challenge (can you, Tom Brady, throw this football through this window?), the prank (pretending he doesn’t know he’s at Matt Damon’s house), and the double-dose of celebrity that makes the Brady-Kimmel caper a must-watch mini-drama.
