On the Season 2 finale of American Idol on ABC, before America votes and decides on the winner – it’s between comeback kid Laine Hardy, Madison Vandenburg, and Alejandro Aranda – several special guests will perform during the live broadcast. Judge Katy Perry will perform with Daddy Yankee. Their current hit together is Con Calma. Daddy Yankee originally recorded the song in Spanish with musical artist Snow. It’s a new twist of Snow’s 1991 single “Informer.”

The chorus of Con Calma includes the lyrics: “Calmly, I want to see how she dances/ Move your poom-poom, girl.” One day before the American Idol finale, Katy Perry warned her millions of followers: “Hope your couch is ready for some poom poom shakin’.” The American Idol grand finale airs Sunday, May 19 at 8 pm.
