Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson doesn’t seem to know about taking breaks. Or maybe Johnson, being an athlete at heart (he played football at Miami) just knows that when you have momentum you ride it. Johnson, of course, has had the wind at his sails for a long time now — few actors have maintained momentum for so long. Yet the actor still keeps going harder than a bounty hunter on a mission in Fast & Furious.

Whatever his reasons, Johnson continues to move at a lightning pace from project to project. He just wrapped Hobbs & Shaw, and he’s already nearly finished with his “brilliant co-star, Emily Blunt” on Disney’s Jungle Cruise. It’s a movie based on the famous ride at the Disney theme park.
Johnson, in a share that features him with his guitar (above), promises the Disney movie will have director Jaume Collet-Serra’s “cool and edgy storytelling.” The Rock also vows that he’ll “continue to play my guitar in chords that don’t exist and deliver my character’s very bad, but oh so good PUNS that annoy the shit outta ol’ toots here, Emily.”
