On the Season 2 premiere of T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle, “In with the New,” rapper T.I. aka Tip and his wife Tameka Harris aka Tiny are making things work again and living under the same roof. More good news: their friend, Tameka’s fellow Xscape singer Toya Wright is celebrating her baby girl Reign’s first birthday with her boyfriend (Reign’s daddy) Robert “Red” Rushing. “I’m loving his relationship with Reign,” Toya says.
Feeling the love, one night while in bed together, Toya suggests to Red, “we need to go have a commitment ceremony on a beach.” Red quickly shuts down the idea. He says, “No wedding, no nothing,” and “I’m not wearing a ring whether we married or not.” Toya clears up right away, “Oh see, we not getting married. See, that’s it.” (Video below.)
Toya has been married twice. She divorced her first husband, rapper Lil Wayne (father of her daughter Reginae Carter) in 2006. She divorced her second husband, music producer Mickey “Memphitz” Wright in 2016. T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle airs Mondays at 9 pm on VH1, right after Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
