On the fourth night of Blind Auditions for Season 16 of The Voice, R&B singer LB Crew sings the Mr. Probz song “Waves.” (See link below.) Returning champ coach Kelly Clarkson lifts her head in awe while LB sings the first line of the song, “My face above the water” and hits her buzzer. Blake Shelton hits just a moment after. Adam Levine and John Legend continue to sway their heads listening and eventually hit their buzzers too. LB Crew’s brother Gregory who’s watching backstage cannot be more excited for his brother who just delivered a four-chair performance.

After the performance, Adam, who’s known for his falsetto, tells LB that his “wasn’t as good as can be” and believes he can help him. Kelly disagrees with Adam and kids about going after Adam by saying she’s going to take her earrings off (as if she’s going to get into a physical fight with Adam). John Legend encourages her, “Get ‘em, Kelly.” All kidding aside, Blake gives the best feedback by telling the 29-year-old singer from Little Rock, Arkansas that his falsetto is great as is –Blake thinks the falsetto is “intentionally tortured”. Plus, as Blake says, “You have a charisma that we’re all interested in.” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 pm on NBC.
