In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Brothel,” while Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Rollins (Kelli Giddish) work with a young female victim who escaped a pop-up brothel, Fin (Ice-T) teams up with an old colleague, Sgt. Phoebe Baker, to track down the owner of the brothel. One of the physical clues they use during the investigation is his fancy size 12 leather shoe.
