In The Orville episode “All the World Is Birthday Cake,” the USS Orville makes “first contact” and lands on a well populated planet. The crew is welcomed at first with a banquet of food — but when Captain Ed Mercer (Seth MacFarlane) realizes there’s something off with the planet and demands to know what’s going on, the silver-haired leader with silver tattoos on his face yells, “Enough!” Hint: The title of the episode is a line from The Beatles song “It’s All Too Much” — “All the world’s a birthday cake / So take a piece but not too much.”
