In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Plastic”, the team questions a young woman named Ava Parcell (Willa Fitzgerald) in the hospital. She says she was at a party dancing when all of sudden she felt ill. A “nice” woman at the party gave her something to drink and then Ava woke up in a strange bed with her ankles tied. When more of her memory returns, Ava realizes that “nice” woman (Sadie Parker) and her doctor boyfriend raped her. The doctor is celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Heath Barron, who’s portrayed by Mark Feuerstein.
Sadie Parker is portrayed by Alyssa Sutherland. The 5’11” Australian model/actress is known for her roles on Timeless (Hedy Lamarr), The Mist (Eve Copeland), and Vikings (Queen Aslaug), among others. Fun fact: Sutherland played a “clacker” in the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit airs Thursdays at 10 pm on NBC, right after Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
