There are three new wives on Season 7 of Basketball Wives — Kristen Scott, wife of former league coach Thomas Scott, the son of former NBA player and head coach Byron Scott. New wife CeCe Gutierrez is dating Byron Scott. (A story about CeCe’s past gets twisted and causes tension between Kristen and CeCe and Evelyn and Jennifer.) And then there’s professional female football player Ogom “OG” Chijindu.
In the fourth episode (June 4), while it looks like Evelyn Lozada makes peace with Malaysia Pargo, O.G. starts a war with Kristen. Kristen feels the need to flash her wedding ring and remind O.G. “I got a husband,” to which O.G. asks calmly, “Where he is?” Kristen says, “With my baby,” to which O.G. asks with a sense of false concern, “Is he?” Basketball Wives airs Mondays at 9pm on VH1, right before Shaunie’s Home Court.
