On the Bar Rescue Season 6 episode “Back to the Bar: The Power of Bacon and Beer,” Jon Taffer revisits Bacon Bar in Las Vegas (formerly Kerry’s Sports Pub) and The Aging Room at Cirivello’s (formerly Cirivello’s Sports Bar & Grill) in Long Beach, California. Bacon Bar is still up and running and serving edible candles made of bacon as dessert! For his visit to The Aging Room, Taffer brings his lovely wife Nicole, who used to do recon for Jon before she started getting recognized by bar owners during Season 2. (Even after she dyed her hair to avoid detection!)
When they arrive at The Aging Room at Cirivello’s, the Taffers are pleased to see that the owners kept everything after the Bar Rescue renovation in 2016. After co-owners Danny Harris and Val Harris repors to Taffer that revenue is up 22 percent, Taffer challenges their bartenders to an Old Fashioned challenge. However, after taping this episode, it appears that The Aging Room at Cirivello’s closed during the summer of 2017. New episodes of Bar Rescue air Sundays at 10pm on Paramount Network.
