There are 28 single men vying for the love of The Bachelorette, Becca Kufrin, this season. All of the men will try their best to stand out in the crowd of attractive professionals including sales reps, ad men, and professional athletes (dunker Chris Staples, NFL tight end Clay Harbor). But there’s only one colognoisseur — Haitian-born Jean Blanc. Yes, he’s a connoisseur of cologne. But that’s not his full-time gig…yet.
Jean Blanc is earning his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and about to launch Jean Blanc Boutique, a company he says will “disrupt the luxury fragrance industry.” The man who says his name is as smooth as Crème Brûlée and compares his demeanor to a french bulldog (tough-on-the-outside, sweet-on-the-inside), is also a collector of Rolex watches.
