Even before stand-up comedian Vicki Barbolak went into her routine on the Season 13 premiere of America’s Got Talent, she had everyone’s attention. When Mel B asked what she’s going to do, Vicki said, “I’m a ballerina.” (Vicki does not have the physique of a ballerina.) The 58-year-old woman wore a tight leopard-print mini dress with a denim jacket. She revealed she lives in a trailer park, was married three times and has two kids. She soon had everyone in stitches.

During her routine, Vicki talked about everything from conjugal visits to Elon Musk. Simon Cowell told Vicki, “You are the funniest person we’ve had on this show” and “people are really going relate to you.” People on social media agree, and believe they’ve found the next Roseanne.
Vicki discovered stand-up comedy at the age of 38 and was mentored by Mitzi Shore, the late owner of The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Over the years, Vicki became a wedding officiant and is the CEO of Wedding Chapel To Go. Her Simple Fairytale Package ($599) includes Vicki as the officiant, Bridal Bouquet & Groom’s Boutonniere, chairs, plates and silverware for up to 8 guests, a mini wedding cake, bottle of champagne, and non-professional photography. She brings the wedding arch and two baskets of flowers, too.
New episodes of America’s Got Talent air Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC, right before World of Dance.
