The Lifetime movie A Tale of Two Coreys is a dramatization of the friendship between 1980 teen idols Corey Feldman (Stand By Me, Gremlins, The Goonies) and the late Corey Haim (Murphy’s Romance, Lucas). Together they starred in The Lost Boys and License to Drive. Before Haim died in 2010, they starred in the A&E reality TV show The Two Coreys in 2007 and 2008. On the show, Haim was living in the home of Feldman and his then wife Susie Sprague.
In A Tale of Two Coreys, Feldman’s father Bob is portrayed by Patrick Muldoon. He’s known for his roles on Days of Our Lives (Austin Reed) and Melrose Place (Richard Hart) and in the film Starship Troopers (Zander Barcalow). Feldman’s mother Sheila is portrayed by Ashley Scott. She’s known for her roles on UnREAL (Mary Newhouse), Jericho (Emily Sullivan), Dark Angel (Asha Barlow) and in the film A.I. (Gigolo Jane). A Tale of Two Coreys premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, January 6 at 8pm. It will be followed by the Lifetime Original Special: Corey Feldman: Moment of Truth.
