In the NCIS episode ‘High Tide,’ NCIS Special Agents Torres (Wilmer Valderrrama) and Bishop (Emily Wickersham) go undercover. And as a criminal couple! The ruse is part of an NCIS sting operation to track down illegal drug-running on a civilian marina. Before they look for work as a criminal couple, Torres warns Bishop, “When you’re undercover things move fast” and “You’re forced to do things you normally wouldn’t do.”
Torres proves it while undercover. In one scene, Bishop leans in to kiss Torres and in another he’s getting chewed out by Director Vance (Rocky Carroll) for disobeying a direct order. Torres tries to defend himself but Gibbs (Mark Harmon) agrees with Vance that it wasn’t Torres’ call to make. NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
