In the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode “The Accidental Text on Purpose,” Larry David gets upset at the airport with an airline employee at the gate. They debate the Golden Rule and federal regulations. On a funnier note, Larry is invited to dinner at the home of Marty Funkhouser’s (Bob Einstein) new girlfriend Marilyn. Larry is surprised that she’s serving tap water at the table. “I’m surprised you don’t have a filter.” She responds, “You have no filter.” Later, Marty tells Larry that he has to make a choice between Larry and Marilyn, and he’s choosing Marilyn. Larry says, “I would have made the same decision” and that “at our age, it’s difficult to find people willing to have sex with us.”
