One of the imprisoned women featured in the A&E documentary Women Who Kill is Ana Trujilio. In 2014, she was found guilty of killing her boyfriend Alf Stefan Andersson with her 5 ½ inch stiletto heel. She stabbed him 25 times in the face and head. In court, Trujilio said she stabbed the University of Houston professor in self-defense after a night of drinking and arguing.
In court, Trujilio re-enacted the physical argument she had with Andersson, and 19 witnesses took the stand including Andersson’s ex-wife Jackie Swift who called Trujilio “evil.” Trujilio was sentenced to life in prison. Women Who Kill premieres on A&E on Monday, June 5 at 9pm.
