On America’s Got Talent, Season 12, two strongmen named the Azeri Brothers auditioned. They didn’t talk. As their spokesperson explained, “They have to concentrate.” When the brothers take off their shirts, they expose “the scars all over their bodies” and then proceed to hammer big thick nails into a piece of wood with their bare hands…and then with the forehead. AGT host Tyra Banks “hit the nail on the head” when she said, “It’s like a dungeon on stage.”

The danger heightened when a sharp metal rake was put to one of the brother’s necks. Judge Heidi Klum couldn’t take it. She hit her buzzer before she turned her back not to look. Howie Mandel followed her lead. After the performance Simon Cowell said, “Yes, it was disgusting but I loved it.” And Mel B agreed and wanted to see more. When it came time to vote, the audience swayed Howie to change his mind and give the Azeri Brothers another chance. Based on their past performances, their act will become even more gruesome.
