In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode ‘Old Tricks’, while Callen (Chris O’Donnell) confronts his father Garrison (Daniel J. Travanti) about his illegal activity, the team investigates the kidnapping of a retirement home resident. Turns out it’s an inside job. Married con couple Ginger and Edward O’Boyle have been hopping from one retirement home to another scamming elderly residents out of their money.
Ginger is portrayed by Debra Jo Rupp. She’s known for her roles on That ‘70s Show (Kitty Forman), Friends (Alice Knight Buffay), and in the films Big (Miss Patterson) and She’s Out of My League (Mrs. Kettner), among others. Edward is portrayed by Martin Mull. He’s known for his roles on Life in Pieces (neighbor Gary), Veep (Bob Bradley), Arrested Development (Gene Parmesan), Two and a Half Men (Charlie’s pharmacist Russell), The Ellen Show (Mr. Munn), Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (Principal Willard Kraft), and Roseanne (Leon Carp), among many others. NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8pm on CBS.
