“It will all come out. I will be proven right.” That’s President Donald Trump talking about his claim that the Obama administration wire-tapped Trump Tower during his election campaign, according to Newsmax CEO and columnist Christopher Ruddy. Ruddy reports in his column that he spoke to the president twice over the weekend.
The influential conservative-focused and conservative-funded (Richard Mellon Scaife was among its early investors) Newsmax is headquartered in West Palm Beach, near where Trump spends his winter weekends at Mar-a-Lago. Ruddy writes that even Trump now believes the Russians “outrageously interfered in the U.S. election.” But Ruddy quotes James Clapper, Obama’s intelligence director, as saying there was no evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians. Without collusion, if “Trump is right he was indeed wiretapped, it will only fuel his argument that Obama administration officials improperly eavesdropped on his offices,” Ruddy asserts. (Clapper also said there was “no such wiretap activity mounted.”)
How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!
