In The Rap Game episode ‘Shut Up and Train’ is all about stamina – physical and emotional stamina. While Kelly Rowland brings her personal trainer Mr. Shut Up and Train to work with the five young rappers, Jermaine Dupri has another exercise ready for the kids. JD’s assignment is for the rappers to catch the beat of the music they hear: “Whatever the tempo does, you must keep rapping,” he instructs.

Tally admits “Switching the beat is a little difficult for me.” JD doesn’t like the sound of that. Dupri warns her:“Tally, you can’t be off beat – not around me!” The Rap Game airs Fridays at 10pm on Lifetime.
