In the Hawaii Five-0 episode ‘Ka’ili Aku (Snatchback),’ Five-0 races to Mexico where Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) is desperate to save his niece Sara (Londyn Silzer) from kidnappers. While south of the border, Chin puts his life on the line in order to rescue the little girl. During the frantic search, Chin is reunited with his moonshine making Uncle Choi.

Uncle Choi is portrayed by George Takei. He’s best known for his role as Sulu on the Star Trek TV series and movies. Since then, he’s appeared on many shows including Heroes (Kaito Nakamura) and The Neighbors (Grandfather). This isn’t Takei’s first time on Hawaii Five-0 – his first appearance was in the 1975 episode “Death’s Name is Sam.” Check it out! Hawaii Five-0 airs Fridays at 9pm on CBS.
