In the Hallmark Channel movie A Nutcracker Christmas, a former ballerina named Lily James faces her past when her ex-boyfriend Mark (Sascha Radetsky) directs a production of “The Nutcracker” and offers the lead role to Lily’s talented young niece Sadie (Sophia Lucia).
Lily is portrayed by Amy Acker. She’s known for her roles on Person of Interest (The Machine), Con Man (Dawn), Suits (Esther Edelstein), Happy Town (Rachel Conroy), Dollhouse (Dr. Claire Saunders), Alias (Kelly Peyton), and Angel (Illyria), among others. Acker is also recognized for her roles in the films The Cabin in the Woods (Lin), Much Ado About Nothing (Beatrice), and Catch Me If You Can (Miggy). A Nutcracker Christmas premieres Saturday, December 10 at 8pm on Hallmark. It will air again on Dec 11 at 2pm, Dec 15 at 8pm, Dec 18 at 6pm, Dec 22 at 10pm, Dec 25 at 5pm, Dec 28 at 6pm, and Dec 31 at 8pm.
