In the series premiere of Man With a Plan, a contractor in Pittsburgh named Adam Burns (Matt LeBlanc) becomes a stay-at-home dad after his wife Andi goes back to work — after 13 years of being a stay-at-home wife. Man With a Plan is being compared to the other CBS pilot series Kevin Can Wait, starring Kevin James as a retired cop who becomes something of a stay-at-home dad and can’t believe all that parenting involves.

Andi is portrayed by Liza Snyder. She’s best known for her roles on Yes, Dear (Christine Hughes), Jesse (Linda) with Christina Applegate, and Sirens (Officer Molly Whelan). Snyder is also recognized for her roles in the 2000 film Pay It Forward (Michelle) with Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt. Man With a Plan airs Mondays at 8:30pm on CBS.
