On the Teen Mom OG episode ‘Don’t Panic,’ while Maci and Taylor learn that she’s further along in her pregnancy than they thought, Farrah Abraham and her daughter Sophia visit Farrah’s mom Debra in Omaha for a week. After checking into their hotel room, Debra comes with a cooler of Gatorade. Farrah’s going to get a colonoscopy while in town. Debra, who’s had two colonoscopies, warns Farrah that the first four hours are fine but then “it’s like your ass explodes and you cannot control anything.”

After the procedure, Farrah is taking Sophia to Missouri to see “Daddy Derek.” Sophie’s father Derek Underwood died at the age of 18 in a car accident in 2008, eight years ago. When Farrah’s mom offers to go with them to visit Derek’s grave, Farrah says no thanks. Teen Mom OG will air this special episode on Sunday, August 28 at 7pm, before the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
