ABC News television reporter Robin Roberts interviewed Grammy Award-winning entertainer Bobby Brown. Their conversation will air one week before the release of Brown’s memoir, Every Little Step: My Story (June 13). With Roberts — and in the book — Brown talks about his 30-year career in the music business (he became famous with New Edition when he was 14), his tumultuous marriage to the late Whitney Houston, and the death of his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Bobby Brown says: “Right after I signed on to write my story, I went through one of the most agonizing traumas I had ever experienced with the death of my daughter. But I was surprised by how therapeutic it was to work on this project, to look at the entire arc of my life and to realize that although there has been considerable pain, I have also been incredibly blessed.” 20/20 The Bobby Brown Story: Every Little Step with Robin Roberts will premiere on June 7 at 10pm on ABC.
