On the Fresh off the Boat episode “Doing It Right,” while Louis (Randall Park) and his son Eddie (Hudson Yang) battle against each other at a chili cook-off, Jessica (Constance Wu) loses her cool at carpool. Jessica believes another mom, Helen, cut her in line. When the mother barely rolls down her window and denies cutting, Jessica reaches for the door and Helen accuses Jessica of attacking her.
Helen is portrayed by Casey Wilson. She was just on Grey’s Anatomy last week (she was the pregnant woman with quadruplets) but she’s best known for her recurring roles on The Hotwives of Las Vegas (Jenfer Beudon), Marry Me (Annie Fletcher), The Hotwives of Orlando (Tawny St. John), and Happy Endings (Penny Hartz), among others. Wilson is also recognized for her roles in the films Gone Girl (Noelle Hawthorne), Bride Wars (Stacy), and Julie and Julia (Regina). Fresh off the Boat airs Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC.
