Modern Family actress Ariel Winter turned heads at the SAG Awards when she wore a stunning black ball gown. Designed by Romona Keveza, the strapless dress revealed scar marks as a result of Winter’s recent breast reduction surgery. The 18-year-old told her fans that the reveal was intentional.
