Republican Congressman Paul Ryan, the former Vice Presidential candidate and now new Speaker of the House, still lives in Janesville, Wisconsin. When the House Speaker position was offered, he made it clear that he would accept on the condition that it wouldn’t take away from his family time. Paul Ryan and his wife of 15 years, Janna Ryan, are the parents of three children — Charles, Elizabeth and Samuel.
Janna nee Little Ryan is from Madill, Oklahoma. The Wellesley College graduate went on to George Washington University to receive her law degree before becoming a lobbyist in Washington, DC. As a lobbyist, she represented “some of the biggest names in the drug, cigar and oil industries.” She is now a stay-at-home mom. She and Paul Ryan invited Scott Pelley of 60 Minutes to their home in Janesville, Wisconsin for an interview which will air on November 15 at 7:30pm on CBS.
