Kelly Clarkson performed in Minneapolis and paid tribute to one of the city’s legends, Prince. She introduced Prince’s signature song like this: “This is Purple Rain, Y’all!”. When she heard the band play the first couple of notes, she uttered “Oh, Jesus, no pressure.”
As Clarkson fan Kris Lowell wrote: “There is not a song that has been made (or hasn’t been made yet) that she cannot sing. Fact. Even those who don’t consider themselves fans agree.
