Chelsea Houska and her ex Adam Royer are in a nasty custody battle over their adorable 5-year-old daughter Aubree. When Adam gets to spend time with Aubree, he takes her and his friend Justin to a diner. He feeds Aubree a chocolate sundae and then asks, “Do you want to spend more time with me?” She shakes her head yes while licking her spoon. And then he promises that one day she can spend the night at his house.
Adam then tells his friend Justin that the lawyers want Adam to spend his visitation days at a visitation center where they can be supervised. Adam says he has no idea why. “You wouldn’t like it at a supervised center, where we couldn’t leave or do anything fun, would you,” he tells Aubree. Adam is making promises he can’t keep and setting up Aubree for a fall. He’s painted a pretty grim picture of a visitation center. What happens when they are forced to meet there?
