All you have to do is attach the gadget to a water hose, attach a balloon and fill – it takes just six seconds! There’s no need to get your finger stuck in a tight knot, there’s a tool on the gadget that knots the balloon for you. To complement the Tie-Not, the two dad created the Portable Pumping Station ($11.99). It’s for those who don’t like to stand around the hose — or when you’re headed to the park. It’s a water pump that holds one gallon of water that can fill about 20 balloons.
