On Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, Skye is the young woman who was a member the Rising Tide until she was found by Phil Coulson. She joined SHIELD “because she wanted to learn the truth about her parents.” Her village in China was ravaged by HYDRA agents. Skye grew up in an orphanage. Now she’s struggling to control her new Inhuman abilities — for starters, when in stressful situations, she quakes.
Skye is portrayed by actress Chloe Bennet. The 22-year-old is best known for her role as Hailey on Nashville. Here’s a fun fact: She was the love interest in the music video “Tonight” by the K-Pop group, Big Bang.
