In 1976, Napa Valley’s Stag’s Leap vineyard shocked the world when its Cabernet Sauvignon beat the French at the famous “Judgment of Paris” blind tasting. Making wine this good takes work and knowledge. Stag’s Leap vineyard manager Kirk Grace, who started at the vineyard in 2006, tells filmmaker and wine whiz Ann Lucrecia Roberts all about it.
