Before becoming Miss Nevada, the current Miss USA, Nia Sanchez, started dating actor Daniel Booko (The O.C., Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody). This weekend they announced their engagement. Booko got down on one knee and presented Miss USA with a two-carat diamond ring.
Ms. Sanchez, a fourth degree black belt in taekwondo who spends three months of the year serving on a mission in Mexico, will represent the USA in Miss Universe 2014 which will be held on January 25, 2015 at the US Century Bank Area in Florida. She hopes to succeed Gabriela Isler of Venezuela.
