The physique of the sexy star of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Megan Fox, has the whole world agog. She’s been working the red carpet for weeks now. (Her latest splash had flashbulbs popping in Seoul, South Korea.) Women–most especially those who have children–want to know Fox’s secret. How’d she get into such good shape after giving birth to her second child just seven months ago? (And her first son, by the way, is only 22 months old!)
For starters, it helps that she’s young. But the real secret is that the 28-year-old works out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak (who also makes an appearance as a fitness trainer in Ninja Turtles and Fox’s other blockbuster film Transformers). Pasternak commends Fox for keeping a low-sugar diet which she controls by preparing her own food at home. (Most of Pasternak’s other celebrity clients–Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Hudson–tend to rely on meal-delivery services.) The other really important factor in how she does it, to paraphrase a line made famous by the comedian Chevy Chase, is that “She’s Megan Fox, and you’re not.”
