Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene shared a specially cut video of President Joe Biden seated at a table with visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and more than a dozen bureaucrats. In the video Greene shared, Biden is heard to say: “I sold a lot state secrets and a lot of very important things.”
Greene, who has filed articles of impeachment against the President for alleged corruption, is vituperative as she comments on the video, writing that “Joe Biden’s brain is going and he’s literally admitting his crimes out loud.”
After making another call in her caption to “Impeach Biden!” the Congresswoman describes the President’s behavior and comment in the video: “It’s unreal and so insulting to America.” Here is how Greene presents the video:

Joe Biden’s brain is going and he’s literally admitting his crimes out loud.
Impeach Biden!
It’s unreal and so insulting to America.

But while the video Greene shares is not the product of generative artificial intelligence — it is not a “deep fake” in other words — it is edited to create a false impression.
A fuller version of the video burns down Greene’s assertions and gives a very different impression of the event and of Biden’s commentary. When the video is allowed to play only a few more seconds, the viewer hears Biden’s punchline — “all kidding aside” — and sees the smiles and laughter of those in attendance. Modi’s grin is especially notable.
Here is that slightly longer version of the moment and Biden’s comments:

Biden swiftly follows his “admission” — as Greene characterizes it — with his “all kidding aside” comment. Biden, clearly aware of the accusations against him, jokes about them.
This has been the President’s consistent take on the far right’s claims. In an earlier response to the corruption accusations against him (see video below), Biden laughed and said tauntingly “Where’s the money?” Then he called the charges a bunch of “malarkey.”
Notable, perhaps, is that the crimes for which Greene believes Biden must be held to account allegedly occurred when Biden was Vice President — more than seven years ago. Biden has admitted to no wrongdoing in all the intervening years, yet Greene still presents it as plausible that Biden would admit, unprompted, to “selling state secrets” in front of a large group of people during Modi’s visit.
