Celebrities are accustomed to being asked for autographs and selfies but Hollywood movie star Woody Harrelson (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Natural Born Killers, The People v. Larry Flynt) went beyond the call for duty when he was mentioned on social media by a stranger.
When the mother of a newborn baby girl, named Cora, shared the photos above, she wrote: “ok but how does our daughter look like Woody Harrelson.”
The three-time Oscar Award-nominee reacted by penning a poem (below), and sharing it with the baby’s mother:
Ode to Cora-
You’re an adorable child
Flattered to be compared
You have a wonderful smile
I just wish I had your hair
Actress Katherine McNamara replied to Woody’s poem: “Brilliant. Where do I pre-order the Harrelson poetry collection?”
