NBA legend Magic Johnson called veteran NBA point guard Chris Paul “the best floor general in the NBA today, NBA All Star, and future Hall of Famer Chris Paul” when he posted a pic of the superstars hanging out at an NFL Rams-Bucs game yesterday. That’s big love for Chris Paul coming from a man most consider to be the best “floor general” of all time.
Magic also added that Paul’s “Suns teammate Mikal Bridges” is in the photo! And fans felt that Bridges should have been given a little more Magic love! They came hard to his defense in the comments. And is true that next to the whirlwind description of Paul’s greatness, merely saying Bridges is on his team seems like feint praise. But Magic wasn’t dissing Bridges. You can tell by Bridges’s smile that he’s having a great time with the legends.
Hey, Bridges started 72 games last year for a Suns team that went to the NBA FINALS. He’s only entering his fourth year in the league and his future his as bright as the — well, the SUN(s)! But fans still said things to Magic like: “Damn why you do Bridges like that?” and “That’s cold suns teammate 😂”.

In the meantime, Bridges will just keep smiling and killing it in the hardest basketball league in the world…
