Brittany Howard is the 31-year-old powerhouse singer and songwriter known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Alabama Shakes. Many in the music biz speculate that her debut studio album Jaime will be nominated (if not win) Album of the Year at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Her 2020 single “History Repeats” was nominated for Beset Rock Song and Best Rock Performance at the 2020 Grammys.
Brittany is currently promoting her Goat Head remix featuring EarthGang. When she posted the photo above, R&B singer Emily King wrote: “Swag meter on 1000!”
And when not in the studio or on stage, Brittany is working out in the gym. Check her out lifting 255 lbs. She writes with a loudly crying face emoji: “So grateful for the chance to fulfill my dream of weight lifting.”
