In the FBI episode “Partners in Crime,” Special Agents Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym) and OA Zidan (Zeeko Zaki) hunt down down a couple who has been robbing banks. During one of their violent robberies, an off-duty police officer was shot dead. Maggie and OA work with NYPD Deputy Inspector Richard Talmage.
Talmage is portrayed by Isiah Whitlock, Jr. He’s known for his roles on The Good Cop (Burl Loomis), The Mist (Gus Bradley), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Captain Reece), Veep (George Maddox), The Wire (State Sen. R. Clayton “Clay” Davis, SEE LINK ABOVE), and in the films Cedar Rapids (Ronald Wiles) and Spike Lee’s 25th Hour (Agent Flood), among others.
