The Enemy Within is a new investigative thriller about a female CIA operative, Erica Shepherd (Jennifer Carpenter, Dexter), who gave up the names of four fellow agents to terrorists. That’s a big no-no in the world of spying obviously — though Shepherd had a reason. Her family was threatened. While serving life in a supermax prison, Shepher is approached by FBI Agent Will Keaton. He wants her to help him find a dangerous, elusive criminal who’s already killed 16 CIA agents.
[Check out Chestnut as pathologist Rosewood]
Handsome FBI agent Will Keaton is portrayed by actor Morris Chestnut. He’s known for his roles on Amazon’s Goliath (Hakeem Rashad), Rosewood (Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr., see link above), Legends (Tony Rice), Nurse Jackie (Dr. Ike Prentiss), American Horror Story (Luke), V (Ryan Nichols), Out All Night (Jeff Carswell), and films including The Best Man (Lance), G.I. Jane (McCool), and Boyz n the Hood (Ricky), among others. The Enemy Within airs Mondays at 10 pm on NBC.
