Pristine is an eco-friendly cleansing spray to be used on toilet paper to create an instant flushable wet wipe. The brand tagline is: “The #1 Spray to Wipe Your #2 Away!” The Pristine 4 oz Original toilet paper spray is the equivalent to 200 wet wipes. The two entrepreneurs behind Pristine, cousins Jessica Karam Oley and Brandon Karam of Dallas, Texas, pitch their product line is which is made of natural, plant-based ingredients on Shark Tank on January 13. The cousins are both attorneys and both left their law practices to create Pristine. They have the advantage of pitching in front of new dad Robert Herjavec and Dude Wipes investor Mark Cuban.
There are eight questions on Pristine’s FAQ website page including “Can I use Pristine on my cat?” Pristine says: “We have pledged to avoid animal testing, so we cannot say whether Pristine is safe for use on animals, and we don’t recommend that you try to find out!
