In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Mea Culpa,” Peter Stone (Philip Winchester) is at a bar when a woman from his past, who he doesn’t recognize at first, slaps him and accuses him of sexual assault. Stone confides in Fin (Ice T) about getting drunk one night, 12 years ago, and spending the night together. He was so drunk he doesn’t remember exactly what happened, but he knows for sure that he didn’t rape her. Stone tells Fin when he called her the next day, she said “try to talk to me again and I’m going to the police.” She didn’t then but now she has. While Stone takes his own case to trial, Fin has a talk with one of Stone’s old buddies, one who was with Stone that night, Reggie Gregg.
