In the two-part Season 17 premiere of Family Guy, “Married With Cancer,” Brian (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) meets and falls hard for a beautiful blond named Jess. When Jess is later diagnosed with cancer, Brian proposes marriage and she says yes. Stewie agrees to be the ringbearer.
Jess is voiced by Casey Wilson. The comedic actress is known for her roles on The Hotwives of Las Vegas (Jenfer Beudon), Marry Me (Annie Fletcher), The Hotwives of Orlando (Tawny St. John), Happy Endings (Penny Hartz,) see clip below, and as a cast member on Saturday Night Live (2008-2009). Wilson is also recognized for her roles in the films Gone Girl (Noelle Hawthorne, see link above) and Bride Wars (Stacy). Wilson will appear next in the upcoming TV comedy Black Monday (set in New York after the 1987 stock market crash) with Oscar-winner Don Cheadle. Family Guy airs Sundays at 9pm on FOX, right after Bob’s Burgers and right before the new sitcom Rel.
