On Labor Day 2018 (Monday, September 3), FS1 will broadcast a series of back-to-back 30-minute episodes of NFL Films Presents. The 8:30pm episode looks at the new coach of the Tennessee Titans, Mike Vrabel. The 9pm episode looks at the Colts’ new coach Frank Reich. And the 9:30pm episode features Texans’ rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson. The show itself also has a rookie on the set. Charissa Thompson is taking over as host of NFL Films Presents for Katie Nolan, who left Fox for ESPN last fall.
Charissa Thompson also hosts Fox NFL Kickoff and Sunday NFL pregame shows. The 5’9″ tall sportscaster been with Fox Sports since graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2004. (At Inglemoore High School in Kenmore, Washington, she lettered three times in basketball, twice in track and once in volleyball.) Thompson made her on-air debut as a fill-in host for Fox Sports’ Saturday evening Colorado Rockies all-access show. Thompson, who now lives in Venice, California, lists Michael Jordan and Ken Griffey Jr. as her favorite athletes.
