The hip hop dance troupe Junior New System describe themselves as “street children” from Manila, Philippines. The young men who dance in glittery stiletto shoes are one of the 22 acts on Season 13 of America’s Got Talent who has made it to the live semifinals. One day prior to their semifinals performance, they posted a photo of one member in a Roman Catholic church in Hollywood praying.
One hour after that, Junior New System posted a group shot with the caption “We’re ready to slay the AGT stage tomorrow.”
The live semi-finals of America’s Got Talent air Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC. The results are broadcast on Wednesdays at 8pm.
