The sexy dance duo Harold & Regan from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada are serious contenders. Harold Rancano and Regan Hirose aren’t your average Latin dancers – they are 3-time World Latin Dance Cup Bachata Cabaret champions. When not dancing, Harold and Regan teach at RHR Latin Dance Co., where they offer classes in salsa, bachata, and Cuban rhythm dance, for kids and adults.
